I just received a very kind comment from someone on Flickr that my "Texas Pink Thistle" that I submitted to the The Nature Conservancy Daily Nature Photo Flickr Group made Daily Nature Photo for June, 1, 2012. ha! How fun is that? I had no idea.
Don't Thistles remind you of those ginormous exploding Chrysanthemum fireworks( I think that's what they're called) that have colorful tips to them?
Oh! and my "green grasshopper" was the Daily Nature Photo for May, 26, 2012. Where have I been? He is a handsome fellow?
